Germany has researched low emissivity coating method for architectural glass

In Germany, building adopting energy-saving low-e glass coating has been a standard practice. As Germany BINE club's latest report, Germany has developed low emissivity coating again, which opened up a broader application prospect.
The low-e glass, also called low radiation glass, which coat layers of metal or other compound film combination on the glass surface. This kind of glass can reduce the thermal radiation from the outside in the summer, thus reduce air condition usage. In winter reduced heat transfer to outdoor, achieve the ideal energy saving effect. Low-e glass is to coat metallic film layer on the inner surface of the double layer or three layers of glass, and under the good protection, light construction structure, weather proof.
Under the German federal economic and technical support, Bavaria applied energy research center to develop polyurethane mixed aluminum pigment particles, which meet thin film of fabric coating methods, and achieve the ideal effect of low-e glass coating.
